The coulotte is cut from the sirloin and is often referred to as a top sirloin cap steak. Our Wagyu coulotte has moderate marbling and big, juicy flavor. It's most often grilled or pan-seared, but it also makes great kabobs. With two 6 oz. steaks per package, it makes for the perfect light steak dinner for date night.

We feed our hay pure snowmelt from Rocky Mountain National Park and nutrient-rich fertilizer from our alpaca herd (Merlin, Jackson Hole, and gang).
