Our Wagyu short ribs come in a 1 lb package with the bone cut across the short portion of the rib. This is one of our favorite cuts, as you can cook it so many different ways with delicious results. Whether you braise, slow-cook, grill, pan-sear, or put them in a sous vide, these short ribs fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. Have fun experimenting with any kind of seasoning or marinade that strikes your fancy.

We feed our hay pure snowmelt from Rocky Mountain National Park and nutrient-rich fertilizer from our alpaca herd (Merlin, Jackson Hole, and gang).
