Denver Steaks From a Boulder Farm
While it's not the best known, the Denver steak is one of the most tender cuts, as it comes from a muscle that doesn't work very hard and has a good amount of marbling. You might say it's the beef version of a buttery croissant—it just melts in your mouth. Though its name has nothing to do with its history, it's a Colorado favorite. Marinate if you'd like or just season with salt and pepper, then throw it on a hot grill or cast iron skillet to retain its juices. Each package contains two 6 oz. Denver steaks.

My son hates all red meat and he ate all of his steak and half of mine! The marbling in these steaks created an incredibly juicy and tender texture, eat bit was a buttery delicious delight! . I had never tasted a Denver cut before and if was the perfect balance of lean meat and delicious fat, resulting in a flavorful and succulent steak. We pan seared ours in a cast iron skilled and finished it in the oven. AMAZING!!

We're now the envy of our supper club after serving these excellent Wagyu steaks. Tender and perfect, they are probably the best tasting we've ever had, and the quality of the beef even made them easier to prepare. We're eager to explore more cuts sine all of these were exceptional.
