You might say it's the beef version of a buttery croissant—it just melts in your mouth. Though its name has nothing to do with its history, it's a Colorado favorite. Marinate if you'd like or just season with salt and pepper, then throw it on a hot grill or cast iron skillet to retain its juices. Each package contains one 10 oz. Denver steak.
