This is our baseball cut, so named for the shape it takes after cooking. Thick-cut like a tenderloin filet, these top sirloins are great on the grill or pan-seared in a cast iron pan. Each package comes with two tender and juicy 6 oz. steaks, and they're priced right for any occasion.
