The Ultimate All-Rounder
If you like sirloins, you'll love the bavette. This 6 oz. Wagyu steak is cut from the underbelly sirloin, and it's as versatile as a flank steak and, some say, even more flavorful. We recommend pan-searing it in a cast iron pan with bold seasonings, marinades, and sauces (chimichurri pairs nicely). It also works well with Asian recipes that bring out its rich umami flavor.
